Legal discourse courtrooms are a discourse which is practiced in law and legal settings. The latter are institutional establishments have many directions (social, political, economic, etc.). Studying legal discourse and pragmatics shows to which extent lawyers use language in relations to their points of view, what they think suitable or not in definite situation. Thus to determine lawyers’ points of view on language use in a nom predictable direct situation deserves much attention to the way language is managed, and on the way communicative becomes un conscious behavior within a habitual professional exercise. In my opinion, there can be a relation between law, language and the society only through a discourse which relates impositions and obligations with human respects and organizations. In the second chapter, this relation encountered the written legal system and its realities within the Algerian law, i.e.in which way the Algerian law has been drafted to state its objectives and how linguistic management has conserved its relation with law in this context. In the third chapter, the relation between language, law, and the society was chiefly guided in acts of communication and interaction, thus this relation could not be discussed without the aforementioned one between the written legal system and the society.
